Yan Paoli Sanchez

Yan Paoli originally from Colombia, graduated with a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, from Florida International University. After several years in marketing and media relations, she transitioned into real estate in 2010 as an in-house sales representative at The Ivy and Mint, where she built strong broker relationships and established her reputation in the industry. Over the years, Yan has successfully represented prestigious projects including Trump Soho in New York, Echo Brickell, Brickell City Centre, The Fairchild Coconut Grove, YOTELPAD in Downtown Miami, 57 Ocean, and Monaco Yacht Club and Residences in Miami Beach. She currently serves as the Director of Sales at 7200 Collins in Miami Beach. Alongside her project work, she has built lasting relationships with a network of clients who trust her with their luxury transactions. Fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese, Yan brings a unique advantage when working with international buyers.
